Pests

Succulents frequently suffer from "mealybugs" small, fuzzy pests that will eat away at the new growth of your plant. Other pests like Spider mites (red dots) Scale (brown lumps) and Aphids (green bugs) also prey on succulents. To get rid of mealybugs and other pests, I like to spray them with rubbing alcohol (%70) or use a Q-tip covered in rubbing to wipe them off. The alcohol with kill the pest, but not harm the plant. It may take several rounds of this to get rid of the pests. Keep at it!
